I received the Indeelift about 2 weeks after ordering. I have not used it yet but it appears to be working properly. The person from Med+mart that we ordered from was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that was bad was the delivery time.

I found the pricing list confusing, i.e., I did not realize the base price was added to the price in the drop down list. Thus, the ramp cost more than I thought (I thought I had ordered 2–one for me and one for a friend). Today when I doubled checked the pricing, the total price was displayed when I chose the length, not just the drop down list. I have passed this ramp on to my friend in whose vehicle it will fit better, so I cannot speak to quality nor ease of use. The product arrived on the promised day, though, and the customer service person I spoke to was very nice (and patient!).

The price of the wheelchair is good but I ordered Quickie GVP but they sent me GP. and the and angle of the frame should be 80 degrees.

The first chair arrived damaged but right away they send a new one.

It was going fine. Then Darrell found out from the manufacture The lift was on back order for some reason it showed that it was in stock ready to ship but then I found out a week later it was not ?? that’s the only disappointment so far still everybody else wants to get paid something I do not have hopefully a little sooner on future orders

Paying for "white glove" delivery was a waste or our money. Truthfully, we should be refunded the whole charge. The men that delivered our chair knew nothing about it or its setup procedure. Their company only delivers and everything we were told by our sales person that would be done with this special service was not performed.
