The person I spoke to knew exactly what kind of device I needed and provided great info as well as where I could fing more info on the lift I was considering purchasing. The purchase was quick and easy and the idea of being able to have the lift by the end of next week (today is Friday) is quick and much appreciated.

The Sales Representative, Stacy, was very knowledgeable and courteous. She led me through the process of choosing the appropriate lift chair for my needs. She was patient and answered all my questions. I look forward to making purchases from MedMart in the future as my needs arise.

Kristen was so helpful. I was being discharged from rehabilitation with only 4 days notice and no accommodations at home to help with my mobility needs. The social worker had been unable to find me a bariatric bed that could be delivered timely so Kristen worked with me to find a lift recliner that could be shipped quickly so that I would have an alternative until a bed can be found. I really felt that she went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue that was causing me great distress. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate her help and support.

He was very knowledgeable about the wheelchair and was quick to answer any questions I had. I appreciate that very much. I am be anxious to receive my new chair.
