I was disappointed that the shipment was split with no explanation (until after I inquired about it), but otherwise I was pleased with the products, the short wait from order to delivery and the ease of assembly. I just wish the packing invoice was clearer as well as the order tracking.

And now the Affirm company keeps sending emails for offers for credit. No thank you. Now I and waiting on email and delivery of my mobility scooter.

The bed was shipped very quickly. However, the people who were suppose to bring it out and set it up was involved in a traffic accident which damaged their truck Therefore, the bed setup was delayed. You would think they would have had more than one delivery truck, however they didn't. My husband seems to like this bed and so do I. However, it is a little difficult for me to handle by myself. When you are in a sitting position and go back to converting it into a bed, you have to lift the bottom of the bed and pull it until you get it connected. That is a little hard for a 70 year old female. My husband also has to lift his feet which is difficult for him. Overall, I am pleased but you really need 2 people. The lift part is very heavy. Would be nice to have it raise itself. Design flaw in my opinion.

I think it's possible to communicate too much with a client. I gave up on reading after the first five emails or so. All one needs is an order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Their products are great, and they ship quickly I just ended up with so many emails I actually had to set a filter for them.

I had to call Med Mart to see if my 2 batteries were shipped because I didn't get no emails from Med Mart with my shipping tracking information. I had to go to Med Mart and logged into my account to see my shipping information. I did get my 2 MK 50 amp batteries that I ordered. Med Mart did send me an email with a discount before I bought my 2 batteries from them. My electric wheelchair is finally running at full speed. I'm excited!!

I ordered the slightly unblemished lift and the experience was great. The cost was very close to the new one. If had to do over would take the new one for warranty. I think it was wrong to make me pay for the sling. They offer a free sling with the new one. For the cost the new one is the better bargain. The slightly used one is nice and works well and came put together ready to go.
