I am happy with the product I received except was disappointed when I received a message that the color that I chose (black) was sold out and I would have to choice between red or blue. I was told that there was black available when I ordered my scooter but then had to change colors. Yes

Customer service needs improving and need to answer phones more promptly questionable if I would return as a customer

The chair is excellent except for one thing. The leg lift only comes up to about a 60° angle, it needs to rise another 3 to 4 inches. It does not rise up to a level position. I called a Representative and asked about this prior to the purchasr and he either lied or didn't know and said the leg lift came up to the level position. I have had to add a foam cushion to the leg section to be comfotable. I am Disappointed in the company. Other than that the chair is as advertised.

Ordering was efficient. Just disappointed they did not have the color I wanted in stock.

It took quite a while to process and deliver The folding power wheelchair from CA. The chair I was supposed to get was sent to someone else and I had wait on availability of a another chair. Then the shipment threw Fedex went all over the country, finally arriving to day! This needs correcting ASAP!!!! The people are very nice and try to be helpful Streamline delivery system and you will have a winner!
