They were so helpful even calling before my cancelation went through that Insurance wouldn't cover the chair I was getting. So I purchased the Geri Chair it fits my husband well and even delivery was good they called and even though the tractor trailer couldn't get to my home he met us to pick it up. Great company for whatever you need.
