Every thing was great on the first shipment. On the second shipment no contact was sent and we got home and there it was. Kinda beat up but fine.

I needed to return a wheel chair because it is too small. It took longer to get the approval than I would of liked, but it was over the Thanksgiving holiday and a weekend so understandable if not optimal.

Still waiting on a wheel chair we ordered But the cup holder and back pack are nice. Had a problem with them being delivered to the wrong place not y’all fault but all is good so far. Just need the wheel chair please

The young lady who helped me with my purchase and suggestions for delivery but I think I should have gotten the Go-Go scooter instead the Jazzy Pride ZT is big and difficult for me to handle all the parts because of the weight (especially the motor section).

Everything was fine, except that I had no idea that the shipper would not be able to bring the 200lb bed into the house. I had to hire movers to bring it inside and up to the second floor. Also, in order to get it quickly, I waived the set-up service. I am hoping the set-up instructions are easy to follow!
