The representative said she was experiencing computer problems and did not seem knowledgeable about her job task. She was not pleasant to deal with. She told me she would change my order to a blue colored scooter since the black was not available. She could not tell me when the blue scooter would be shipped. I feel like I have been flambooseled.

I am still waiting for my tax return and my new contract and also on my delivery date called several time and send several email. Not very happy with your service specialy when i spend $ 3000.00

I recently ordered the EW-19 Sporty Scooter and I've had a few questions. I called customer service several times last week got no answer, I also sent several emails asking about the battery charger and tire pressure and they said it was being reviewed but never got back to me on any of that

Call for update on my order, was told it takes 2 to 3 days to get a tracking #...call customer service, they never answer...terrible service, still waiting for bed ordered to arrive...

I purchased two heavy duty lift chair recliners for my brother and sister in law who are in a convalescent home. Within a few months one of the chairs leg lift ceased to work. It took months to get any replies to calls and emails and we had to pay a $150+ service call fee to assess the problem but not to worry they would have any possible part needed to fix the issue during that call. NOT! Almost a year and three service calls later I was advised the chair has been fixed. I will never recommend this company to anyone and as a nurse I get tons of requests from friends and colleagues on where to buy these kinds of chairs.

I bought a VERY expensive recline from this company in April 2022 and it began malfunctioning 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had anyone come to look at it. I've gotten the runaround for 2 weeks. I purchased extended warranty but it is still covered under manufacturers warranty but MED Mart told me to contact extended warranty company-doesn't make sense. I contacted Extended warranty they told me I am still covered under manufacturers warranty-no brainer right! I have called, emailed and chatted still nothing.

Terrible customer service. I ordered Folding Steel Commode, and it was delivered with a missing part, I reported the case to the customer rep, and they promised to ship the missing part, but several weeks went by, and I did not receive the part. I file for a return, but they did not approve it nor send the missing part. I made a mistake shopping with this "mushroom" online company, I would have shopped with other stores like Walmart or Amazon with even a better deal. I will never shop with them again.
