Stacy was wonderful! …Readily supplied me with all info I needed at the operable time to finalize my decision on the purchase. Warm and inviting phone voice…never once made me feel I was taking up too much of her time, nor did she sound “flat” and uninterested. Excellent sales associate.. Thank you!

Thank you Stacy! She answered all my questions and helped me make a plan to get the right lift chair for my mom and to figure out how to get it picked up before the impending ice storm so we could have it in time for my mom's release from hospital.

Extremely fast shipping. When I purchased my item, it wasn't going to come for over a month but surprised me by coming the next week. And I really like it.
