Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

The quality of the ramp I bought was great. Commercial freight was used because of the 10' length. Never received shipping notice. Ended up sending my neighbor to the terminal to pickup Bill of lading said it weighed 640 lbs. Was only 200 lbs at best including pallet and packing. Wasted extra $ on freight.

The communication and service has been great so far. I did have some confusion when ordering my first item and ended up getting the wrong size. They allowed me to return the product and I ordered the correct size. I did have to pay for the shipping for the return which I was a little disappointed because of the vague instructions regarding the size when I placed the first order. I have not installed the new piece yet but from the looks of it, I think it will be great.

Was a little concerned when I received it. The box was a mess, but the wheelchair was fine. Thank You

The product was exactly what I wanted. A minor issue is that I was not notified on when it was shipped.

provided what i needed and asked for very quickly

They do deserve a five star for their product and getting the product shipped quickly. The people I spoke to were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My only problem was I ordered a transport chair that came with a free back pack. When I got my shipping update information about my package it looked like it was one shipment. But it wasn’t the first arrived and it was just the free back pack. Which is fine but the shipping information looked like they delivered my transport chair. When I called, for some reason my shipping info wasn’t updated in the system for that item. She gave me the tracking number and phone number to the freight company. When I tracked it on the freight company website it reads as if they tried to deliver it and no was home so they took it back because it requires a signature. Now I know for a fact no one came I was home and I have a camera so I was watching all morning. When I called they were able to contact the driver and they said he would be here by 5pm and I would be called if it was late. 5:30pm rolled around and the website still read like it was going back because no one was home. Now I started stressing and worrying and over thinking that I wasn’t going to get what I paid so much money for and the backpack was all they sent. But that is not the case. So I called back and he told me my driver was running an hour behind due to traffic and unforeseen longer deliveries. Which i felt was fine as long as it’s on the way. My driver finally made it and he made me laugh and was very pleasant which took all my stress and worries away. He brought it right in the front door and set it down for me. He did everything right he can’t help traffic and delivery times. If MedMart would of sent the shipping info for the chair I wouldn’t of had to stress or make extra calls. It made me feel like I was being scammed like I picked a wrong company. But I didn’t. I got the chair opened the box and put it together and the chair is amazing I absolutely love it. The moral of the story is they are a legit company with great product. So if this happens to you don’t stress like I did it’s coming and just maybe this review will make them fix this error so it doesn’t happen to anyone else to allow customers to return with a stress free buying experience.

Relatively lightweight and everything as promised. Don't make the mistake I made by thinking that the elastic stowage cord was a tie wrap and cutting it. The instructions could have been a bit clearer on this subject.

The agent that I dealt with, Darrell, is very knowledgeable and courteous. He greatly aided me in making the choice and purchasing the chair.
