I bought the Hoyer Advance 340 and it was delivered three days later. Very easy to assemble. I couldn’t get it to work however. So after going over every word in the instruction booklet I realized that they did not fully explain how to operate the lift. After calling customer service, the problem was solved in 10 seconds. In fact, the representative told me different instructions and it worked immediately. Hmmm…. Great product, especially for someone who has very little strength in her legs and needs to be transported.
