The ramp arrived the day Med-Mart said it would. It was in good condition and I am very pleased with it. The ramp is a solid one piece 4' ramp and will work well for us. It will be used in place of the one step off the lower deck.

I purchased my Med Mart Lift to help my husband off the floor when he slips off the bed, or when he slips and falls (without breaking anything), and it has been a godsend. I removed it from the box and put it together in 5 minutes. It's easy to roll from room to room and serves us well. At 280 pounds, it was hard for me to assist my husband when he slipped to the floor. My lift is my personal helper!

I have mobility issues/MS. I searched a long time to locate a power lift recliner that matched my body length, has a batter back-up, dual motors for infinite positioning, strong frame, a decent warranty (7 years!) and hopefully color/style to match my decor. I also needed a company that has good reputation with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as they assist in funding for people with specific needs. After obtaining an invoice from Derick, I turned info over to NMSS for approval/payment. I can’t wait for delivery/set up of this needed chair. I highly recommend this company and appreciate them going out of their way to help me. Gold star treatment!
