Just made a purchase on line. Very easy to use. The only thing that was bit confusing was I selected the in home delivery and set up but there was no additional box/fields that appeared - I was leery on completing the checkout payment because it was showing bed would ship in 2 days and I did not want it delivered for at least 2 weeks. Kristan in the chat box assisted me though and all is good ! Thank You - I look forward to receiving the bed - It will assist me greatly in the caretaking of my 88 yr old mother !
