My item was delayed. I was only informed of the delay by calling to inquiry why I had not received a shipping email.

I was happy with Medmart, I ordered the wrong chair and realized it a few hours later. I called Medmart, Medmart help me cancel and get the required chair ordered. My chair arrived 5 work days later. It was packaged well, engineered well, and easy to assembly. Thank you for a good experience

The only thing I was not 100% satisfied is because I did not get what I did order. I did order the 80x36x6 Softform Premier Mattress but instead a 76x36x6 was sent.

People are friendly and have knowledge on product requested. the only downside is the phone computer they call you back and no one is on so I have to redo and start all over again and again and again you almost lost my lift chair sale

I saw what I wanted, I ordered and it was simple, and easy. It came in thru the mail within the week.

Great product, quick delivery, very strong. The only difficulty I had is keeping it closed in the trifold and when opening one side. The little velcro tabs they included are definitely not strong enough for the 10 foot ramp I got. I added a hand clamp to mine to ease the set up. Otherwise a great ramp.
