I had to call to place the order since the coupon I received via email produced an invalid coupon. The person who answered the call ( I did not get her name) did excellent service. Completed the order via phone, gave me the coupon value off and answered the one question I had. Apparently problems with that coupon code are common.

Our company prides itself on helping others in need. After reading about one of our internet follower's struggles loading her wheel chair into her vehicle, we decided we would try to find a light weight chair that would be easily managed. Our research brought us to Med Mart. We were treated to exceptional service by Stacey who was extreemly knowlegable and very helpful. She made the process easy and fun, leaving us wishing we were closer so we could steal her and have her come work for us! Kidding aside, a companies employees are a reflection of the company and first impressions are invaluable. Stacey is a true asset and we ceretainly feel fortunate to have called Med Mart and to be patiently guided through the process for the custom chair. MED MART customer service kept in contact with me through the entire process after my package was shipped and I could call back if I had any questions. They put me in contact with the delivery company who gave me a date and approximate time of delivery (4-hour window). My product came 20 minutes after the beginning time freeing up the rest of my day. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I opened the box, and it looks very easy to assemble. tools included. This will be an awesome help in transitioning from bed to chair.

One of the smoothest transactions ever! After minor frustration contacting a representative first thing Monday morning, was finally able to speak to Lynette. She was very personable and able to place the order quickly after answering all my questions. She said it would ship Wednesday and should arrive in 3-5 business days. I would receive a shipping notice and tracking information. Wednesday came and went, but no shipment information came. If no information arrived Thursday, I was going to start worrying. There WAS an email Thursday morning with tracking information, and imagine my surprise when it was scheduled to be delivered Friday! Later in the day I received another email from Med Mart indicating a delivery window between 8:45am and 12:45pm. It was delivered at 12:33pm Friday! How's that for being on-time!? From order to delivery in less than 4 days. Not bad! This was a savings of more than $200 below A****n, and I don't know if it would be the newer design. Med Mart assured me it would be, and it was! In hindsight there was one other vendor which could have saved a few dollars perhaps, but I will probably choose Med Mart for all future purchases of this kind. Awesome company! Awesome experience!!!

I was amazed how quickly my bath cushion and compressor arrived. It was easy to set up and worked exactly as promised. It’s wonderful to be able to safely bathe again.
