The sale itself was fine and they put the order in fast. We did not like the shipping. FedEx ground doesn’t know what day they are coming. They tell us one day To the end of the day then no show. Now they say it is today so we don’t know. We watched all day for nothing. FedEx is horrible.

I am extremely pleased with my Trustpilot. It has allowed me to get out and enjoy the weather and see some of my neighborhood. My only complaint is that I wish the basket was a little larger.

very satisfied with bed rails. NOT satisfied with delivery. Fed X delivery person just left package by front door. Did not knock on door, Did not ring door bell. Probably because top of package had been opened. EFREN MARTINEZ

My husband is thrilled to get his scooter and we are very happy he can find a way to be more mobile. Even though he is 6 ft. 4 in., he can manage the space fairly well. The only drawback is that we had a terrible time trying to figure out how to run the thing. He had read the directions, and when I scanned it for the directions on "Starting", they could not be found. I did eventually figure out that it had to be locked to start it, but we sort of stumbled into finally getting it operating. It is very easy to assemble and we look forward to being able to take it when there are things we would like to see but they involved significant walking, which he could not accomplish without the scooter.

In fact haven’t got it yet. Suppose to get it by Wednesday. The service people when I called were up front with me about when it was to arrive. Slow delivery. Hopefully I will love the product.

It came faster then expected, Chair looks really nice. BUT I purchased the leather and it’s very noisy. I even tried putting basil one between the seat and sides do it didn’t make so much noise as you raised or lowered it. Didn’t help. I have always had leather (real and faux) furniture and never hand anything make so much rubbing sound. I also didn’t receive the “free” blanket. Overall my husband is happy so I’m happy
