Purchasing was a breeze. Chatted with Julie prior to making final selection. She was very helpful in comparing models and confirming shipping dates. Will recommend Med Mart to others. Although, I have been eyeing this lift chair on their site for the last 10 days. It was listed as $1,589 and then suddenly today it was increased by $50 to $1639. Other sites showed the same price of $1589 but I decided to go with Med Mart because they had a better lead time for shipping and a competitive cost for white glove delivery.

After being unable to get order made on the internet, I called and made the order by phone. The lady on the phone was very helpful and took the order right away. She was very polite and easy to talk with.

I have not received the chair I paid for and ordered and have not been given additional information on it's delivery. Possibly someone had tried to call me from a different phone number not in my phone and therefore not received. I asked you to send me any additional numbers for delivery so I would receive them. The order was placedf on Mar. 22 2022, at 2:33 pm. It was due to ship by the 24th. Please let me know what is up and give me additional numbers for delivery in Los Osos CA. Thank you

Better quality than I imagined. The assembly instructions aren't worth the paper sent. The quality of the product is very high. I am pleased with my purchase. Assembly was a two beer effort for my brother. Thank God for him. Delivery man was a savior getting it inside
