The ordering process was pretty easy. I was a little disappointed with the price increase from the 1st day I looked at the chair and when I actually ordered it. The chair is for my dad, and I wanted to get my siblings opinion before ordering. That is my fault though. I guess I could've added it to my cart and kept the original price. As a new customer I was sent a discount code via e-mail and had problems with it being accepted but customer service chat took care of it promptly.
