For customer service people were very friendly and the company kept in constant contact after my order was placed. I have only purchased one item from Med Mart so I do not want to give a review for their products. However, they do support what they sell.

I HAVE ONLY HAD MY m34 FOR A DAY. IT WAS FAIRLY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. I JUST NEED TO TAKE IT APRT AND SEE HOW IT GOES. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PERSON AT MED MART AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. SO FAR ALL IS GOOD.

i love the scooter, it was very easy to put together. I am a 75yr. old woman, I put it together by myself. I recommend it to anyone. I take it for lengthy rides, it performs, wonderfully. Great for the price.

The scooter is great and works great. I love that I was emailed about waiting on it, but it really didn’t take long to get here. I loved that it came all together and fully charged. I got it for getting back and forth to work and it is just what I need as it’s an hour walk. Only 1 major issue that I don’t like is the fact that the volume is so loud and I cannot turn volume down. And it beeps for Everything. I don’t like that as it embarrasses me. Other than that, this is a great scooter! Thank You Melissa

Wish that it was 36" wide.

there was some broken pieces but the scooter is still usable small plastic from the bottom
