I made my order for a walker and have not received any conformation for such. I paid the $499 plus tax. I do not know if the order went through or not.

Did not cancel my order when I asked. Sent it anyway. Now I am told there is a 25% restocking fee plus I have to pay for returning it by mail. I would never order from MedMart again and will tell others about your lousey service. Pat

Thank you for your feedback. Our records indicate that the order had already been processed and was in shipment status when you attempted to cancel. At that point, we are not able to stop the product from shipping and becomes a return, not a cancel. Per policy, this circumstance is subject to fees associated with return. Thank you, Medmart Team

Trying to reach anyone after the sale was impossible. Also they ignored my handicaps even though they came into play with the order. I am still waiting for someone to return my calls from last week. Date is from 11/3/22 ongoing.

I did alot of research online for lift recliners I decided to go with medmart because the wedsite said delivery Friday 11th ordered on Saturday November 5th, I called the queen city medmart on Monday November 7th to find out where my order stood, I was asked if I ordered online I said yes, this was the same employee I talked to sometime ago about my scooter I bought and was having trouble with, after taking with her, I don't know how long, but she hung up on me just like this time. I ended up looking online to find another phone number, was told that the color I wanted was unavailable was given some other choices, and was told he would look into it an keep me posted. He did email me the next day it would be 2 weeks. I had other choices to shop from I bought from medmart because I wanted it quick and I saw Friday delivery date. Other places I looked at said 2-3 weeks, trying to beat the holidays, I bought it. Sorry I did. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH MEDMART AGAIN!!!! I just want my Recliner.

Tried to cancel the very same day! Two days later driver calls to deliver boxes- not mattress. We told the driver we had cancelled the order. Company says it will charge us25% restocking fee.

Hello and good day, This order was placed on 11/8 in the AM. We pride ourselves on how quick we are able to fulfill orders for people in their times of need. This order was requested to be cancelled the next morning on the 9th and was already through shipping fulfilment and could not be cancelled. We did attempt to get it cancelled for you. The mattress was able to be stopped from shipment and we did so as requested. There will not be charges for the mattress however the charges we incurred for shipping/restock, will be withheld from the refund. We understand this was an impulsive purchase and we're sorry we couldn't get it stopped completely for you. It's our pleasure to help further if we can.
