The experience was good. It was simple to make an account and correspond with the team. Their responses to my questions were quick, which i love. My only issue is that I was told when ordering that my product would arrive much sooner than I did. The product was easy to assemble as I was told. Overall I'm happy with the experience.

The product is great when you get the right one. The 1st one was too small as far as the weight of the chair. So we went with the next weight up. Refund is terrible!!!!!!!

I liked the discount for veterans but was confused on the shipping protection. It said it was $31.00 and then when I paid it was $42.

Item was exactly what I was looking for. Order page is difficult to use. I hope i only ordered one item. Not sure. Order page returned to the original order page but asked for the payment again.

As far as customer service you well deserve a 5 star rating. My representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. As far as product I was a little disappointed. I have a Drive pheonix NO which I love very well built sturdy. The one I just bought is a Drive pheonix Lt. not sturdy very wiggly just doesn’t seem as well built. I bought both of them from you. Since I was so happy with the first one I just knew this one would be better since it was a step up model. Not the case.

Delivery was slow on the bed (3 weeks out...even when it said it would ship within a few days), but the quality of the bed is very good. There are no instructions on the bed or head and footboards. Don't pay the extra money for the underbed light if you don't add the footboard control. We didn't know you had to have the footboard control to be able to use the underbed light. The mattress does not seem to be of as good quality as the same bed (brand, etc.) that our grandmother used in the rehab she was in after surgery. We actually even paid for the upgraded mattress, so we're a little let down on that. Overall, we are still satisfied with the bed, even though we are going to try to find her a new/better mattress.
