This absolutely works to get my husband to a standing position to transfer on and off commode, chair, etc. However, there are a few things we would change. We found that the belt itself is too narrow - 8 inches is not wide enough for my husbands body, and he is not a large man. It should probably be at least 12 inches. And no matter how tightly my son cinches it, as soon as the lifting starts, it rides up under his arms - it doesn't stay at his waist. We've added extra padding at the sides for his comfort. That said, it is a definite game changer as far as cleaning him after a bowel movement, and changing the dressing from a bed sore on his bottom

The communication from Med Mart was very misleading. The website claims same shipping. I ordered on 1/13 and my chair will not ship until 1/27. That's a 2 week delay for something I needed immediately. If I had known that, I would have looked into better local options. And event when the order was places, I started receiving "order shipped" notifications that implied my chair was on its way, when in reality, only my accessories had shipped. Not very good at meeting customer expectations. The site was easy to navigate and find the product that I needed, and then when I needed help, the cuustomer service rep (through the chat function) was very responsive to my question.

I was disappointed after a week went by and no wheelchair so I emailed MedMart and the reply was they would contact the manufacturer. I guess you don’t keep inventory.

Hello Richard, As an online retailer we do not warehouse many of the items we sell. I do see your order is scheduled to ship today. The particular size you ordered has a lead time of 7 days. The information I received was helpful and the representative knowledgeable about the sling. My concern and lower rating is the sling may not be shipped until February 25!!!! I feel that is too long.

The sales person was very knowledgeable but the shipping service was poor. The scooter was shipped on the 15th from the warehouse but as of the 21st we haven't heard anything on the tracking. This is not acceptable.
