For almost 2 years since my Daughter became disabled, I have found My family dealings with Med Mart has been substandard, Upon delivery of her Bed the Delivery People were not very informative after setting up her bed in her Home, then there was the installation of the wheel chair ramp, still to this day not correctly installed, even after the Service call the person saw that it was crooked and supposedly correct it, it is still not correct, my daughter's wheel chair is heavy at some point I won't be surprise if it collapse, Lastly back in November, 2024 I went into the Warehouse there were 2 Customer Service ladies sitting at their Desk and not one offer any assistance, When I walk over to speak with one of them She was still not very professional or helpful so I turn and walked out, returning just a couple days ago in February 2025, just happen to run into her again so she had no choice but to offer help but not really helpful at all, I did picked out a bed but return the next day to change to another I found on the website, that was a little cheaper, She lied to me about shipping cost. and she gave us a totally dishonest explanation on how the she was discounting the bed. Whereas I did my Homework about who to shop with, it turns out Med Mart was it, I hate this because I simply don't like the way Med Mart has done business with me. Customer Service need to do better.

I dont have the item yet as of this note..But I was given wrong information on the delivery date…it was actually 4 days late..I ordered it becoz i needed it that day…told me Thursday then now it’s this coming Monday..which im not even sure it will really arrive on Monday.. I tried to cancel but was told cannot anymore..will give another review about the product when we get it

Hello Edna, I show your order was processed at 944 PM on the 17th and shipped the next day on the 18th. I see it was delivered yesterday the 25th. Please note the lead times on our site refer to the number of days it takes before an item is shipped out. We cannot guarantee transit times once shipped unfortunately and I am sorry your shipment took a couple days more than we usually expect. The item did ship from New York with FedEx Ground and their standard ground shipping times vary across the country based on locations. I don’t like handles of the bed, Those are not strong and warbling. Need to be more secure . It’s not safe.

Please check to make sure they are installed correctly. These rails are standard for this bed and it is not a complaint we see in regard to the stability of the rails.
