We purchased a VivaLift Tranquil 2 Lift Recliner in June 2024. My son suffered a massive stroke and this chair has given him support, comfort and independence. In 2026 due to minor issue with chair; the customer service provided excellent support. We were further assisted by Robert. Thanks to Robert, we were able to remotely troubleshoot and fix the problem Robert was patient and kind throughout the process. Thank you MedMart and Robert for remaining faithful throughout this journey of recovery.
