The wheels don’t work on stairs. I needed it upstairs. The seat needs some kind of non slip to allow someone with slick clothing to get some traction

The customer service team by initial phone ordering is great ! The only piece that I did not know would be a bit of a disconnect was the finance piece, they work with Affirm. I guess my thought is that if you work with a finance company for your customer purchases, you would be more informative about it. Thats said...One more piece of advice, The set up crew could be a bit more informative at the time of delivery since you see you are delivering to the geriatric customer. They do not always know what to ask about the product at delivery because you are the expert and they are the customer with a new home furnishing to make life better :-)

Darrell Flunker is great. The FED EX shipping is not so good Ive been waiting for over 8 days now and it has not arrived If I was advised that the shipping date was so far out I would have been happy to pay for faster delivery or better yet switch to UPS Still waiting in Clayton California
