I have been trying to get my scooter repaired for a couple of months now. I had a tech come out and evaluate the situation & they sent in a report to MedMart with the items they need to send for repairs since my unit is under warranty. No one responds to my emails about the status other than they have received my emails and are merging all of them together. NO ONE is calling me back although I've also left messages on the phone. I wrote 11/1 for tech visit but I first contacted MedMart & sent all required info 2 months prior.

It’s been three weeks and I have got nothing. This is crazy

We have reached out to the company for the last 3 weeks to repair a bed and while Sandra has tried to schedule service for us, there is still no technician scheduled after 3 weeks of us experiencing issues with the bed.

I've sent two messages to your so called "help desk" and can't get an answer to what I think is a very routine question.

Company did not tell me the wheel chair I order was on back order until January. They couldn't tell me if the cushion was shipped and when I could expect delivery.

I was misled this chair would ship out on Nov 29th per your ad online and STILL have NOT been contacted that its shipped. I needed this chair YESTERDAY as I am in poor physical health. Very upset & disappointed. Almost feel disrespected.

Received body sling never open realized I ordered the wrong size and when I spoke with company they told me that it is not returnable so (91.64) wasted just to order another one from a different company. It should have told you this item is not returnable no just kist it in the returns section.

Web description says 300 lbs holding. Instructions in package say balance only. Could not get one side to turn green. Fell off wall once the shower started. Total useless and misrepresent product.
