Kristen and Mike were very helpful and went above and beyond typical customer service, especially for what you usually get these days. If I had any thing “ negative” to say it would be that the website needs to be a little more customer friendly by adding better spec info and descriptions for the items your looking at. Over all they were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you had. Again a big thank you to Kristen for all she did for me.

The customer service rep Ashley C was super helpful. She gave me great info to make my final decision and was prompt and courteous. She made the site easier to figure out and I felt more confident in my purchases.

Good product, good value Alternating pressure mattress system

I have been doing resurge for a hospital bed for over four months and have learned a lot over that time. One thing I did learn is that not everyone is as helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as Stacey Bryant with Med Mart was. She took her time, answered all my questions and advised me with other items as well. I ended up buying more then just the hospital bed, she was nice enough to stay over her shift to complete our transaction and made sure I had no further questions or concerns in my selections. I wish all customer service representatives where like Stacey, highly recommend her, praise her for a job well done, thank her for all her help and appreciate the peace of mind she has given us in buying a hospital bed.
