I would recommend this product. The chair was Scuffed up but the box it came in was really beat up. I think it was from the shipping.

Delivery took a while longer than expected. Surprised it was shipped from California when you have a distributor in NJ Other than that I’m very pleased

I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the chat option on your site. The scooter arrived in the time specified. My only small issue is that I never received shipping and tracking info. I was pleasantly surprised to get the call that it was here.

While this chair has the features I wanted I feel the seat is too hard and not terribly comfortable after a few hours. What I wanted was vinyl but they did not have that available nor did they have leather so I have this sort of suede feeling material that I do not like. The features are perfect, chair lays way back which I wanted, has lumbar adjustment and head rest is adjustable both of which I wanted. It is smooth gliding lift chair and easy to use. I cannot afford a different one now but if I do get one I will not order without sitting in a chair first. The company is a good one with many selections just no store to go to and sit in any of their chairs. They are friendly and cooperative on phone just need softer seats and more colors and fabrics for their chairs.

It shipped quickly, easy to put wheels on. Leave remote where u can reach it if one person is using. It lifted me easily and to the correct height. I know it will be great in the future, especially when my wife travels for work,( after this pandemic). Thank you.
