You sent me the scooter I canceled as well as the one I ordered I have not had time to contact you but I am very upset about this

Do not buy from this company! I ordered online on 10/31/22. I ordered specifically from them because it said it would ship on 11/3/22. I picked an in stock fabric. Time was important. This was for my 96 year old grandmother. Her chair had broken and she needed something asap. They called and said it wouldn't ship for several weeks. They called again and said to pick another fabric and it would be several more weeks. So, I bought a chair locally, called and asked for them to refund my order. They said they put in the request but then they shipped it anyway. When FedEx called to schedule the delivery I told them what happened and they sent it back without ever delivering it to us. Med Mart took out $675 for delivery fees. My 96 year old grandmother is out $675 dollars for a chair we couldn't even get. Order #1000115941 I requested to cancel on 11/8/22 with Scott. It shipped on 11/10/22. However, Med Mart told me it wouldn't ship until much later.

I ordered an atto scooter battery on December 13 from you people. My credit card was charged immediately almost $500. I have not heard another word from your people. I called and was told that someone would get back to me about a shipping date. No call. I can’t believe you charge my credit card and it’s been almost a month with no worried about my battery. I wouldn’t call this good service at all.

Order arrived late and I canceled it. Refund took a Month

Damaged wheelchair wants us to pay for return then mabe give us sixty five percent back after inspection this Med Mart is the worst company ever!

I gave this company a 5 star review for the customer service during ordering. It was pleasant and smooth. Delivery was efficient and one day early. HOWEVER, the scooter did not meet my father's needs through no fault of the product. My father (94) did not have enough strength to turn the steering. The independent living community had disposed of the packaging, due to it being a falling hazzard. I needed to allow the battery to fully charge before trial. Because I do not have the original packaging, Med Mart will not allow me a refund even though I offered to have it professionally packed up and sent by UPS. It states this in the refund policy, however who looks at the refund policy when purchasing? I only get to my father's residence once a week, but I was still within the 7 day notice required for send back. I now have a $900, 0 miles, 4 wheel scooter with no use for it. I think Med Mart could have been more accommodating in this situation.

Hasn't shipped in a week. Needs to improve
