My Mother and Sister in Law both have one of these Nitro walkers and with my forthcoming major back surgery I felt I would join suit and buy one for myself as well. I enjoyed the video presentation very much explaining all the wonderful features of this elegantly built walker. The use of the on-line ordering process was easy - very straight forward. I look forward to receiving mine.
