Aron was great in assisting me with my order. He reassured me that I could assemble the beds myself. He also told me if I needed any help I could go to YT or call him for assistance. Looking forward to receiving my beds next week. Will give another update once I assemble the beds!

He was very helpful to make sure the medical bed would help a family member be able to not struggle to get to sleep in his bed. That the bed can go low enough to claim in and be able to get out.

I ordered the lift chair online the delivery date stated end of March. When we got the order placed e-mail it was end of April. My Aunt wanted it sooner so I called to cancel. Med Mart called back & gave her a better chair at the same price & the delivery date stated date was in a couple of weeks. My 92 year old Aunt was very happy. She didn’t get the color she wanted but the lift chair being delivered earlier was very helpful. Thank you Med Mart for excellent customer service.
