We purchased this based on Med Mart placing both an ad and instructions on how to assemble. The Youtube instructions were spot on. A breeze to set up. Ours was shipped out of Ohio by Fedex. The box tape seal was open, but everything was there and arrived in good shape. It is very light weight and a no brainer following instructions. Shipping was free, came with a new sling. We ordered medium. In AR and some states durable medical equipment is tax exempt. We submitted a script from our daughters PCP and the quoted price was all we paid.
