Just placed an order taken by Stacy. She was very nice and courteous. I bought the item although I’m not 100% sure that it’ll work but I can have it modified to work. The negative part is that you don’t have a return policy which in my opinion isn’t very good customer service oriented. Thank you Roy

So far, happy with my experience. Adjustable bed frame ordered. Hope delivery goes as well. Can update after received.

Mike was very professional and very patient with all my questions and numerous calls Thank you 🙏 kindly mike

Great product

I've been looking for a recliner for over a year. I wasn't finding anything that had everything I wanted. I was looking for a reclining lift chair with infinite position settings along with heat and massage, adjustable head and lumbar support, and heavy duty enough to hand an adult and 2 squirming, bouncing boys. Kristen was able to find it right away. It's even stylish...Just I was looking for!
