I had originally ordered my lift chair with heat & massage and was okay with waiting 10-14 days for it to be assembled. But then I got an e-mail saying it would take 10 weeks. I was very disappointed but bought it without the extras. The lift is a big help for getting me out of my chair.

I ordered a chair on 4/1/2021. I called 4/14/2021 to check for delivery date and lady I spoke with immediately said, 'it takes 15 days to make so it won't ship til 4/26/21". I said then it should be ready to ship in a couple days then, the response was "thats not what I said".

I have to give kudos to Evan who has been very helpful throughout this process my rating would be less if not for him otherwise my experience has been mixed because for starters your page when I ordered showed device out the door in 2 days time and it wasn’t and when I reached out for answers the response was I will give you a answer by email which never occurred and after a few days of calling you I was turned over to evan and he truly seemed to have concern over my order and when it came damaged Evan is still working with me to get this matter resolved also I will order from your company again and that is mainly because of Evan....Thank you

I could not get any information about my scooter delivery for several weeks. It finally came yesterday aand I love it!!

Items were delivered in fine condition! Just a bit annoyed that I paid extra for setup and because of Covid they were only permitted to leave the chair and stereo system in lobby!! Also, was given a delivery window of 10-12noon and they never arrived until nearly 1.

Great product, but could have been a little cheaper

When I received the package it had been opened and most of the foam insulation was broken into small pieces.I was concerned that the scooter might have damage because of this but it did not.Overall I’m very satisfied with the product so far.
