We have been contacting Jessica Loveless since December and she has not filed our claim nor is she returning calls. We asked to be escalated to her manager (Tony Augustine) and left two messages for him and he has not returned our calls either. How do we get help with a medical need when they don't return calls and refuse to file a claim?

I spent over $6000 on two mobility scooters and the tiller adjustable handle broke. I cannot order the parts unless I go through them but their customer service is horrible! The gal there said there was nothing she can do for me. The guy there told me to send pictures of the broken part which I did but he did not reply back. I’ve emailed them over 20 times. I saved every email. I have called over 10 times. once they get your money, they don’t seem to care about you anymore. I asked the woman at customer service to speak to her boss and she said she was the boss and there was no one higher than her and nothing she can do for me. You cannot order the handle directly from the manufacturer you have to go through the vendor, med mart in this case. They won’t help me and I don’t know what else to do I’m stuck using pliers every time I want to drive my scooter. I’m very disappointed. Products are good but beware of customer service there.

Picture mis-represents the product

No one to help me with a return. The scooter is not as planned. It was bigger and can’t fit in our car. So I am stuck with a return and fees. If they actually pick up?

I ordered a wheelchair on February 7, and was told by phone it was available by the manufacturer and to ship in 5-7 days. After several more calls when it didn't arrive, I was told it would not be available until sometime in April. I canceled the order. I can't wait until then.

The staff is extremely rude & not helpful. Their knowledge is horrible. I asked if an item in their website was available in store. They had to call me back... a hour later called and said they had no idea what I was taking about. I explained again and she couldn't find it on the website. I put in exactly what I asked for there are 3 differant ones. She still couldn't find it. I asked to talk to someone else and she told me I can't guarantee they'll take your call. Very unprofessional

I never received my order

This one-star is based on the complete lack of customer service from Med Mart. I received automatic two emails on this order. Confirmation and request for a review. I did not receive a shipping statement, estimated shipping date or delivery confirmation. Calls to the customer support center went unanswered for weeks. I finally contacted a person on call to new orders phone and was told the manufacturer and shipper was not communicating with Med Mart. No further communication was received until I received a phone from the driver of a semi truck arriving at the residence. The driver said they could not deliver the package due to the lack of a loading dock and fork lift. The package was delivered the next day on a smaller box truck. Again, there was no communication of a delivery date or confirmation of delivery from Med Mart A phone call to customer support this morning left me with only an apology and a promise to do better. In summary, customer support is practically non-existent with Med Mart.
