We called to ask a few questions before placing the order. We spoke with Ms. Stacy Bryant. She went out of her way to answer the many questions that we had. She was very informed and knowledgeable of the product we wanted to order. In fact, we were torn between 2 different models but thanks to her knowledge we realized that the EW46 was going to be to long to fit on the lift used on the disabled public transportation in my city. So therefore we went with the EW72 which was almost 10" shorter. She even gave us a 7% discount code since the EW72 was more expensive than the EW46. We hung up and placed the order online. After hitting submit, we realized that my apartment # was not entered. So we called Ms. Stacy back and she took care of it right away. She was super helpful and friendly. The world of customer service needs more people like Ms. Stacy in it! Thanks again Ms. Stacy!
