This review would have gotten a 5 star but I ordered 2 of the same product and only received 1. I contacted the company and the fulfilled the remaining shipment and now everything is good! Thanks for the support.

For being an incredibly busy company, they are very responsive and helpful. I have been anxiously awaiting my delivery, which is supposed to arrive shortly.

To whom it may concern, Your website indicated that the product was in stock. The reality is that the item that I ordered was not in stock but, delayed in shipping. It's been 2 weeks since I placed the order and you have my money. Where my order?

2of 3 packages were delivered and once notified 3rd was shipped again and made the 2nd time.

Placing my order was very easy. I’m not really impressed with the communication! I placed my order on 13 April and got a confirmation email right away. I was told my item was in stock and would ship by the end of the month. Then I got an email telling me everything was delayed due to Covid and I should be patient!! I sent an email reply to complain and got a return “form letter” on 17 April telling me a person would contact me. That was the last I heard from anyone until FedEx phoned me yesterday- 27 April - saying my chair was ready to be delivered today! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION and that’s why they only got four stars.

Apparently the order was received in a timely manner. There was an issue with the tracking number but that may have been an UPS issue.

I have got my item yet but I am still waiting for it
