I called with a few questions after researching recliners. Stacey was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and I felt quite comfortable ordering my chair right then! She gave me her extension and I had to call her back not long after placing my order when I realized I forgot to mention my coupon !! She took care of it immediately!
