Kristen helped with placing the order for the Zoomer chair. She was able to answer all my questions, spoke clearly and precisely at all times. I placed the order on a Monday and received it by Wednesday. Very happy customer. Thank you

Couldn't connect with the chat line, so called. Mike answered. Nothing but great words about Mike. Polite, knowledgeable, answered my questions, placed the order, and I received the e-mail confirmation immediately. Good Job.

Works well. Did make things a bit more narrow & it took a second to adjust, but we are grateful to have a less expensive option to assist my parents with using the existing shower. We did pay to install it, so I can't speak to the difficulty level, but they did a great job in a good amount of time.

Our Representative was very helpful and informed on the products we had interest in. Stacy was able to help us make a difficult decision with confidence. She let us know what products were available for immediate shipping and which items were on backorder. She even shared a surprising bonus with us, free shipping and a free harness with purchase. Thank you Stacy!
