Trust T Lift 750. Arrived with black side panels creased from shipping. Had to bend back into place to seat properly over the control board. Drilled 2 new holes with tap screws to secure. No power to motor. Through investigation found that the orange wire to the car key was stretched so that it was not making contact. Rerouted the wire through the wiring fan strip to give it more slack. I still have not received the discount of state taxes taken off of my CC bill that was promised when I sent the attachment of the prescription to you. Lift is quiet and works great.. Was not hard to install but the directions do not match up with the product in some sections. Working with technician Flunker over the phone and by email was a good experience.

It didn't ship when promised.

I had a great experience with Med Mart purchasing my E-Bikes. My contact person, Julie Bell was everything one could hope for from a customer service rep.

Took a little longer to get then expected. Called for info. Said they'd let me know. Nothing...showed up 10ish days later without tracking info. The product is great but customer service. Eh had better.

It was slow receiving original package, but it was made up with the speed with which they delivered the replacement for the damaged item. I would recommend them for future purchases.

I was very happy with the service that I received, the only complaint I have is that I really wanted a purple scooter but for some reason they are no longer making them in purple. Other than that I have no complaints , and the blue I went with is a very nice color. Would definitely suggest to people to use this company.

I didn't recieve the entire order, I haven't received the extra battery that ordered, your people are working on the problem.

After many calls and emails finally got some help.
