Unless you seriously like being stung along after investing thousands of dollars in a wheel chair, don’t bother purchasing from here. The amount of times we were told my sisters chair was sending to us… FOR MONTHS!!! Just non stop being lied to. Was in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau when it FINALLY sent. On top of the lying about its progress, we were also lied to about customization comparability and then it took well over a month to even get anyone to answer to fix the discrepancy. We could have built this chair on our own faster, had they just sent them to us even. Instead months of being strung along and lied to. My sister had to be carried through the house because her chair broke for the final time while we were still waiting MONTHS, to get the one we ordered and we’re promised was shipping far in advance. u should not have to ride a company’s butt to get a product u spent thousands on to get built. Let alone sent. Tbh find somewhere else to go.

I purchased a Pride PR 501 Lift Chair. The chair is built for up to a 600LBS person. I paid for all the up grades including Brisa fabric. Heat and massage. 6" foot exstention. Along with a 5 year exstended warranty. I did have some of the Brisa material delaminate on the lower part of the chair. Also replaced the lift motors and mechanism. They were replaced under waranty That happen when the chair was 2 years of age. Purchased on 12-2018. Since I have had the seat springs starting to give. I called and turned in a warranty. Turned in a warranty claim. Did not hear from MedMart. I called to inquire when they would start on the warranty claim. I was put in contact with Sandra Repair Dept. She was still awaiting on a call from Pride. And would be in contact. I never was contacted. Found out that the Manufacter denied the claim. Sandra at MedMart never called me back. Why would I pay for an addition exstended warranty. If MedMart nor Pride are going to stand behind the warranty or product. Unfortunately MedMart has lost their personal care they offered in the previous years. The warranty is good till Dec 2023.

I bought a pride raptor scooter back in in February 28th or 29th2020 I had ordered a pride raptor scooter from medmart salesman Darrell everything went fine all the way up until all the warranties ran out. In January 17th at 2023 I had contacted Daryl I needed a right rear tire, he orders me a front tire now that took like 6 weeks just to get that straightened out then he went on vacation so I had to wait for him to come back on vacation so on March 13th he ordered the tire I'd paid them$196.10 and I'm waiting and waiting for this tire and guess what now my warranties ran out and they don't give a damn do not do business with this company try spin life. I don't use computers so I have a hard time finding places and I would look for different alternatives at the time when I had bought the scooter and that's where I came across medmart. I do not really write reviews unless they are really bad or really good well I guess you can figure out where this one lies at beware when your warranty runs out they don't have nothing to do with you. I was fortunate that somebody told me about a place here in my area exactly 10 mi from me I wish I would have known about them before because now I just ordered a tire and I don't even have to pay for it until it comes in plus a real big plus they had offered to come when it arrives at their place of business that they are not just going to deliver it to me personally they're also going to put it on something medmart don't do, especially when your warranties run out do yourself a favor if you cannot find a place local go to spin life.

(1). I ordered & paid for product. (2). Asked for 1st payment to begin one month after product receipt. (3). Have received NOTHING! (4). Was informed that “Bread” will begin deduction in 3 weeks ! Resolve this or cancel my order !!!

We ordered a hospital bed. The house where we had it delivered has a small deck with 4 steps on one side and a wheelchair ramp on the other side. The delivery driver left the wrapped up pallet with the bed on it on the walkway in front of the deck steps, blocking the steps. I called the driver directly and asked him to please come and at least get the pallet up on the deck. He said no. I called the company and explained the situation, they said no and that I should have paid for the assembly service, which is quite expensive by the way. They said that the method of delivery was standard practice. I told them to come and get the bed, they said no and that it was not returnable. I would think that common sense would dictate that if you are having a significant piece of medical equipment delivered, you may not have able-bodied people there who could get a pallet up even a few stairs. It would not have been a big ordeal for the driver to use his pallet jack and take the pallet around to the wheelchair ramp and place it on the deck - but it created a huge ordeal for me, who lives an hour away from the people I had the bed delivered to. For a medical company, they are thoughtless, cold, and obtuse and definitely - all about the money. I would not recommend.
