The product and speed was great, however the product has a glitch that makes it harder to use. Customer Service has told us over 2 weeks that they would get someone to call or come but no response from the manufacturer. I realize you don't have control over manufacturer but Follow-Up would be nice

Ordered a scooter and had a couple issues but was resolved.

The support line hold time was so long I finally gave up. However, I got a call the next day from Julie and she was fantastic! Waiting to see how the installation goes.

I received my order, however it took a little longer than I expected.

I believe a real person should answer your phone, not an automated system. It would make your customers feel good about your company. And being on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time along with elevator music interrupted by an automated message telling people how much of a "valued customer" they are doesn't help. After trying to contact a particular person 3 TIMES, I wasn't going to leave another message. I just wanted to LEAVE, and do business with a different company. When I finally did get a hold of Christin, she was apologetic and very helpful. Also, she gave me a discount on my large purchase which helped to achieve your 4 star review. I hope that your product is quality built and satisfactory to our needs. Thank you.

The phone order was fine. BUT the sales people who PROMISED a callback 2X!!!!! Never ever did call me. Bad bad service. Forget that! Note: 10/01/2021 Order was not sent to me. MedMart either didn’t submit it or Drive “lost” it.

The sales lady was very helpful and very friendly!

After 30+ days, my lift chair was finally delivered. The delivery and setup company's employees were professional and courteous. No complaints, other than the wait period between my order and receipt or product. I understand that during this epidemic that resources make it difficult to manufacture products on demand, so the wait time isn't that big a factor now. An email to update the build status and delivery would have been appreciated.
