I love the experience that I had purchasing a sit-to-stand for my client. Mike was super helpful. Just a little tip to your chat staff: my follow-up question on chat was ignored. I am really glad I called, because I think my client will be happy. Sit-to-stand rental is almost impossible, and local sellers here in Tulsa make it too complicated. I appreciate your speedy service there at MedMart, and the excellent price.

Spoke with Ashley this morning after reviewing your website. She was extremely helpful in picking out the Beststand sit to stand lift. I noticed that there were only tgwo in stock and told her that I would call back after speaking to my caregiver. Before I called back, I got a call from Mike Pool telling me that one of the two had sold and asking how far I was from making a decision since he didn't want that one to sell before I could decide. I appreciated his ncall very much and went ahead and ordered the last one. So far I am very pleased with the people and service at Med Mart.
