You were great about delivery, but my paying over $500 in shipping and nothing to show for it kind of rubs me the wrong way.

Was a bit worried on how long it was taking after making my choice and selecting everything in the checkout... site was hung up / moving slowly. but all in all it was smooth enough.

The two delivery men were very accomadating. They placed the chair where we wanted, showed us how to use the lift chair and took the chair we didn't need anymore to a neighbor of ours who wanted it. She did give them some money for doing this, but, although they said they didn't need the money, did take it when we insisted they do it as it was above and beyond what they were supposed to do. The younger, black gentlemen was extremely knowledgeable with the chair and medical items. He is a big plus for your delivery people.

Your Med Mart site provided Information which helped me decide which chair would best fit my needs. The price was slightly less than other similar lift-chairs of that size and power. It took almost 4 months for delivery. But I understand that is so with all furniture and appliances, due to COVID's effect on the trucking-transportation industry. (Not the fault of MED MART.) The company that delivered were professional, helpful, and dependable. (I didn't pay for inside delivery or set up. My sons were able to do this for me in a very brief time. However, if you don't have heathy strong relatives, the extra payment would be worth it as there is no way I, alone, would have been able to bring this chair inside my house. My chair was in good working order upon receipt. Based on my disability, I must get used to sitting down (the seat is deeper than most chairs), and getting up. (The machinery 'lifts' me onto my feet as shown. But I require holding onto a walker as soon as I stand. Since the footrest doesn't retract until you are in the process of being lifted, I can't move it in front of the chair (the footrest is there.) Someone must push my walker up to me as I 'stand' from the chair. So even though it gradually shifts me from sitting to standing, I need someone to move my walker to me as the footrest descends out of the way. My only complaint: I wish there were separate controls for the foot rest, back and lift. There is only 'back or forward' buttons on the controller, with the footrest and back moving in a synchronized fashion. It's a beautiful and comfortable chair. Time will see how durable it is. (I'm a heavy person and that is hard on most furniture.) Med Mart was easy to use, kept me notified of the process, and provides good products.

It took me quite a while to get the order through because of the codes sent on my phone and tablet. Both have a time limit to use them. After two start-overs, I was finally successful in ordering my chair. I am very excited to receive my chair. I have a lift chair now, but it isn't very comfortable. The chair I ordered looks like I could have many hours of relief and sleep.
