When you try to get a refund they tell you one thing and do another. They have been holding my money for 10 business days and now are telling me it will be another 7-14 business days. I called my credit card company. If they don't comply within the 7-10 business days, I will get my refund anyway. These folks are theives. Don't trust them! Update: there was no mention of it being a chargeback. It was simply a full refund you guys didn't want to comply with. You wanted to keep my money. It doesn't take a month to refund money you idiot!!

I paid $1500 but have not received the bed or any word as to when it will be delivered and set up.

Very difficult to get support. Product is less than 6 months old and needs repair. Took almost 2 weeks to get an appointment scheduled. $175 just for an evaluation and then only parts - not labor - are covered. For thousands of dollars, the chair should work as designed more than six months or should have a better warranty. Won’t purchase from this company again.

All is good so far Darryl did well but order not over until I have product up in working order. Proof is in the pudding!

Carmen healthcare the wheelchair company is not covering my wheelchair. There are the ones that made the dysfunctional arms on the chair for the 1st time. I get in to pause and they have no warranty for their chair. Give me a break all they did with lifts the arm up and it fell off This wheelchair cost me more than $10000 they won't fix that arm. It's just a bolt they want a $138 to fix up bolts and all said it was send me it earlier in the year they. Also did the same thing when I 1st ordered my chair? I told him to put the control on the Left Side of the chair when I ordered it . They did not I can't use my right hand so I with my one hand we had to dis mantlet to move it to the other side. Folk that held it on broken hat o we had to cut it off we couldn't get a completely out. And now the chair was really ordered but did not show up for almost a year. Because it got stuck in some sort of shipping container and wasn't found for a year. At least then I had the site controller arm problem and order to bolt from Carmen. You guys did they sent the wrong one So there's 2 problems with it that wasn't earlier thing it's still not fixed. I can't use the chair that's why I didn't get it. The controller is sitting behind it cause they did not send the right bolt to me to look at Becca on the left side after they put it on the. Wrong side do you understand I don't care how many years I've had it? They did that at the beginning. Then the gave it to somebody who delivered it eventually just down below my house. Anybody could have stolen. Out of three stories off the street and just walked away I had to get it brought in by a moving company . It's also not my only wheelchair it's just super for me to stand up. It's never been out of the house or out of my bedroom. I've only set it up once the day the arm fell off I forgot to tell that to the person I spoke to that the reason I wasn't in the chair is. The controller's not on it I don't have the bolt december the wrong one It's the main reason I have been in for 2 years. I didn't have it for the 1st 1 the 2nd one. They never got me the right bull against cut the arm of your arm. I have one hand. And now they won't pay the smaller amount of money. They're trying to get another 100 and some dollars to fix that's left side. This is ridiculous I have recommended so many people to you. I'm gonna tell him not to go you unless they take care of it It's not the only thing about I purchase 2 wheelchairs. This will serve as $10000 medicare doesn't pay for it. You know that and then it knew that neither do they. Do the other things I purchased from you to lift up toilet seat such as? That type of thing so give me a break if you're not gonna repair my wheelchair

After a few scares with the electricity going out due to weather-related events, my husband, who had pulmonary fibrosis and was on his last few months of life, ordered an MM oxygen cylinder to alleviate some anxiety in case of future outages. Two weeks delivery turned into months. He sent close to a dozen emails from the time he placed the order, asking where the product was. The trite Med Mart responses - "our product is worth waiting for" - added to his anxiety of dying from a terminal illness. We finally got the cylinder, and he died shortly after it arrived. The tank is nearly my height and is literally in the exact spot the delivery person placed it in, unfilled. Now, Med Mart says "they have no recourse" in issuing a refund because I am asking too late and the refund deadline has passed. He has been gone one month, March 3, 2023, and I am finally able to take care of things outside of his death. Med Mart had stock answers as was evident by responding to my emails and addressing my deceased husband - not me - and hoping he was "doing well." Clearly, my emails weren't read. The message is clear: MedMart can be late in delivering their product, but request a refund even when circumstances are unusual and the person for whom the product was ordered passes away before it arrives, and they don't want to negotiate at all. Double standard and a terrible philosophy in doing business.

I was dissatisfied with this order. The price, in large print, for the Hoyer lift sling was $75. I didn’t see the small print which showed that there were additional costs for each size. I also didn’t know that there were other slings that looked identical but were of lower prices. So the one I ordered was not $75, but after the added cost for the large and tax came out to $112. My complaint is the way the price was listed was not clear. I would have returned it unopened except that you have penalties and don’t take back slings.
