My experience at Med Mart was great at the beginning and the end, the middle was a little rocky I almost left the store after driving a five hour drive from Illinois to Cincinnati. I contacted representative: Stacy Bryant she was very helpful on the phone with all my questions regarding my purchase of Quingo flyte mobility scooter. Although after arriving with a scheduled appointment, this is what happened after approaching a lady and telling her that I had dealt with Stacy and I was there to purchase the Quingo flyte scooter and If someone was available to show it to me. A salesman by the name of Justin came out and was displaying a lot of disgusted attitude, he apparently was not familiar with this product and began to aggressively handle the product, so I phoned Stacy and she apologized for his behavior and sent a young lady by the name of Sandra over from building next door, once she arrived I started working with her and everything went much smoother. This unit was a substantial amount, and my experience once she started to help was very pleasant. I sure hope this doesn’t happen to any other customers, because I almost told my husband let’s go, even after a long drive to get there. I fully understand everyone has bad day occasionally, but a person should never respond like Justin did. If everyone acted in this manner sales would definitely suffer because of it.

I ordered the chair late evening on the 8th of Sept. and it arrived on the 10th of Sept. before noon, I couldn't believe it.
