We liked almost everything about the bed. Our only issue is that it only raises to 27-in which makes it difficult to perform care takes without back strain. Bed neds to raise to at least 36-inches if not 40 or 48.

I had to call twice to get information on the expected delivery date, but once I found it out, it only took two days for the device to arrive. Putting it together was a bit challenging and took the better part of a day, but the device is sturdy and works well.

I would have been pleased to purchase my bed with Med Mart but the delay in receiving the bed is too great. I appreciate Med Mart quickly refunding my payment and being so understanding regarding the cancelation.

I purchased a fully electrical hospital bed on-lline. The purchasing experience was excellent and delivery was on time.The questions I had were answered immediately. There was damage to the footboard which I was able to repair. I was disappointed that a hand crank was not included which would come in handy should the electricity be out or an electrical malfunction occurs. All in all, I would definitely buy from Med Mart again.
