My original experience with Med Mart was good. The power wheelchair I bought was as they advertised, priced right and delivered on time. It was just what I wanted/needed. However, six months later it broke. I understand those things can happen. I was glad I had bought a protection plan and called Med Mart right away. BUT, the repair was sent to WSR who did nothing for over a month. Laura Puerta, in Customer Service, has taken care of the problem very well. She got the needed part ordered and arranged for the repair with Mobility City, who came promptly. My chair will be repaired by them on February 9 thanks to her help. I suggest WSR should not be a first choice for repairs. but I will use Med Mart again.

I would have liked to talk with an expert prior to the wheelchair purchase. More photos one description would have helped me. However, it was an easy experience.

The hospital bed I ordered was delivered on Jan. 5, 2026- minus the side rails and mattress but it was corrected with a second delivery on the same day - so it was all good!

Salesperson, product viva ultra lift chair,control chord too short! Heat massage buttons located I nside left arm,hard to reach,if u bump in middle of night goes on and wakes u up to stop massage on and off noise. Had friend disconnect as noise,massage and heat comes on relentlessly at unwanted times.cant imagine an disability engineer couldnt find a better spot to put these on an otherwise good working chair.they really have to address this obvious bad error in judgment. Now I can't use these features as u have to disconnect the buttons
