Its going to take a full month to get my bed delivered. The bed itself is great, but the installers were a nightmare,. They made a watery dirty mess by spilling the cat water bowl, did NOT set the feet on the bed to the correct height even after attempt #2 (my wife had to correct the feet issue after they left), they did not reinstall the headboard nor did they cleanup the watery mess they had made.

I logged into my account and saw that the cover for my scooter had been discontinued. I tried several time to remove but the system would not allow me to. I made the attempt several times but was unsuccessful. I finally logged out and went in as a guest to complete my order.

Before I bought, I asked where mfg’d, was told, Nevada. Got scooter. Marked on box, MADE IN CHINA!!! Fraud! Putting it together a challenge!!! Owners manual very vague pictures terrible. Dark grey. Couldn’t see anything. Finally figured everything out. Distance from seat to foot rest very short. Feel jammed up. Putting cushions on seat may help.

It isnt a all terrain like it said. I could not go across my grass lawn.

I let your team know that i needed the Sara Flex lift and sling as soon as possible. Nice job getting lift to us in about a week, received on April 15, however the sling was backordered until MAY 7th. The lift is USELESS without the sling. I had to pay express shipping of over $140 to get a different sling, that I hope works, as soon as possible. You will not get a good review from me.

Sent wrong mattress

Ordered two items, both needed, one was no good without the other. Shipped the main item , which was open box item, second item was more than a month back ordered but didn’t get notified until I received first item. Had a timeline when dad arrived and ALL items needed. I had to figure a different fix and didn’t trust them to ship a substitute to arrive in 4 days and I wouldn’t pay $80 shipping to hurry it. No return on first item (open boxed) which the video demonstration on item showed a certain gait belt used with it. But they claimed it wasn’t needed. They lost me as a customer because they failed to give adequate me notification on B/O item and wouldn’t return main item.
