Our first experience with Med Mart went very well. We ordered a transporter chair and they provided feedback every step along the way. The product arrived well within the expected time in pristine new condition. The product itself was everything it was advertised to be and we are extremely satisfied with our experience. We will continue to deal with Med Mart in the future.

I purchased the Open Box model and kept my fingers crossed. When it arrived a week later (quick shipping!), I was somewhat surprised that it was packaged well and looked brand new. The wheelchair itself was easy to put together and had many, if not all, of the features I was looking for. I would purchase from Med Mart again and recommend them without reservations.

I spoke to Mike Poole a few weeks ago about the 15 lb wheelchair. He gave me all the info & I told him I would get back with him at end of the month. Today came & with lots more questions to ask him. He answered all my questions, gave ideas about holding onto the folding part of the wheelchair. I'm now waiting for it to arrive soon. Mike was very polite, understanding, & knew his product. That was a big help to me!!!!!

We had some questions when we attempted to order our special chair lift on line. We called and left a message over the weekend and promptly received a return call Monday morning. Mike did an EXCELLANT job of answering all our questions, making recommendations and ordering the chair for us. It was an easy process and handled efficiently. Mike was very friendly and very helpful!! Med Mart is the place to buy your needed products!!
