Bought a scooter. They refused to honor my 10%discount. Scooter came with a slice on the arm rest. Customer service ignores emails and texts. I’ll never buy another thing from them. Stay away from MedMart! Pretty sad that they take advantage of seniors on a fixed income!!!

Frustrated with printing a fed ex slip that is not attached to my $$$ chair. Saying it’s days away but no ETA on shipping from med mart. Elderly patient in need and delays of poor unrealistic delivery is very frustrating

Hi there, I looked up your order right away and it looks like our in home delivery tech has been trying to reach you and leaving voicemails since 5/20. I see that our customer service team has also emailed you and made multiple outbound calls to the only contact # on the order to assist with connecting you all for the delivery appointment. Unfortunately if this returns, the return policy applies with the return charges. We do hope to hear from you soon to help get this delivered! Thank you! 6/12 EDIT- this order was placed on our website privately with one contact #. We were able to skip trace and find a number in public records, we reached someone on this order immediately and have connected this household with the in-home tech to get this delivered asap!

Medmart bed has been broken for 2+ weeks. They have not had anyone come out to look at it or help us. They keep saying they are waiting on other parties (manufacturer and technician). The bed has been unusable and is broken in a terrible position, so there is nothing for my mom to use. DO NOT BUY HERE! You will be left without help or support even with a full warranty.

Hello, We will always do our best in the most timely manner to assist with repairs. I do see this order had a reported issue of bed wires being cut somehow on 5/13. For these med surg beds, while they are great functionality wise, it can be more difficult to find repair techs. That wouldn't be a Med Mart issue but a global issue with anyone. We will always advocate and go as high as needed to assist in these types of situations. The good news is, a tech was located and approved for this yesterday so we are almost to the finish line. For someone with these types of beds, we always recommend having a basic use bed kept somewhere for backup in the event the bed becomes unusable for any period of time. Kind regards.

poor response to ordering safety parts, order 5/22/23 customer had to follow up with MFG to explain urgency - MFG shipped part as promised. MED MART received the parts on 5/25/23 despite urgency, med mart will not expedite. the customer has to wait for delivery on 5/30/2023

Do not ever buy a scooter from Medmart. There was nothing in the shipment to contact Medmart in the event of problems with the scooter. The only information was a brochure from ewheels. Medmart will not honor any warranty.

I’m not satisfied with the delivery process. It was very hectic and it was not shipped when promised. I could have ordered from a different site that offered no tax and free shipping and would have saved a lot. The only reason I ordered through Med Mart is because I thought I would receive my scooter faster. I missed an event that I wanted to attend because it did not arrive on time. I asked for a supervisor to call me and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Very disappointed.
